Authorizing the Department of Public Property of the City of Philadelphia to enter into an agreement with The School District of Philadelphia for: School District use of the City's 800 MHz public safety radio communications system; provision of radios and equipment to the School District for use of such system; and assignment and co-licensing by the School District to the City of certain federal licenses for use of the 800 MHz spectrum; all under certain terms and conditions.
