This enacted measure adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal 2010 Capital Budget, totaling $2,542,229,000, for the capital fiscal year from July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010. It authorizes spending for the purposes listed in the attached budget and sets conditions for using city, grant, state, federal, private, and other funding, including requiring available funds or formal grant awards before some money can be spent.
