The enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s refuse and littering rules by raising the payment for certain code violation notices from $25 to $50. People who receive eligible notices can pay within 10 days, admit the violation, and waive an appearance before a Municipal Court judge; some listed violations are excluded or have separate $100 or $150 payment amounts.
