This enacted bill amended the Philadelphia Code to authorize the School District of Philadelphia’s Board of Education to impose an annual tax on real estate in Philadelphia for school district purposes. The authorization applies to 2010 and later years, in addition to the years already covered by the provision.

Amending Section 19-1801 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Authorization of Tax," to further authorize the Board of Education of the School District of Philadelphia to impose a tax on real estate within the City of Philadelphia; all under certain terms and conditions.
