This enacted ordinance authorizes William Schoepe to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4000 Spruce Street, extending onto portions of the Spruce Street and 40th Street sidewalks. The café must leave clear walking space and comply with city permits, licenses, approvals, insurance, and other conditions; the City may require its removal for municipal construction or with 180 days’ notice.
