The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire ownership or other interests in specified parcels along the former Kensington and Tacony Railroad right-of-way, the K & T Trail, and the Delaware River. The acquisitions may be made through purchase, condemnation, donation, or other means, with the City Solicitor reviewing and approving the necessary documents.
