This enacted ordinance approved a Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) fiscal year 2010 capital budget of up to $72.215 million for spending from September 1, 2009, through August 31, 2010. It also acknowledged PGW’s forecast for capital budgets through fiscal year 2015 and set conditions for spending, including review by the Philadelphia Gas Commission for certain projects and limits on transfers and the lifespan of budget items.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2010 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2011 through 2015.
