This enacted ordinance authorizes The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to keep two existing underground mechanical structures beneath West Service Drive and Health Sciences Drive, near South 34th Street and Civic Center Boulevard, after those streets are dedicated to the City. The hospital must follow city regulations, obtain required permits and approvals, and enter into an agreement covering responsibilities such as insurance, utility changes, and city access.

Authorizing certain existing underground improvements owned by The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to encroach into the rights-of-way of certain streets which are to be dedicated to the City of Philadelphia in the vicinity of South 34th Street and Civic Center Boulevard, under certain terms and conditions.
