Moore Avenue, 11th Street, Montgomery Avenue and 12th Street; amending Section 14-1402 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking in Residential Districts;" and by amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "C-4 Commercial and C-5 Commercial Districts," all under certain terms and conditions.
