This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to transfer about 3.21 acres of City-owned land, including any improvements, south of Pattison Avenue and east of I-95 to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the property for fair market value, with net proceeds from its sale or lease deposited into the City’s General Fund.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or part of a certain irregularly shaped parcel of land and any improvements thereon situate in an area generally located south of Pattison Avenue and east of I-95, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
