This enacted ordinance authorizes the President of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Executive Director of Fairmount Park to enter into a lease making the City the landlord and the Center City District the tenant of Sister Cities Plaza. Under the lease, the Center City District would make improvements and alterations to the plaza, located between 18th Street, Logan Square, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Vine Street.

Authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Executive Director of Fairmount Park to enter into a lease agreement between the City of Philadelphia as landlord and the Center City District as tenant for a certain parcel of land bounded by 18th Street, Logan Square, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Vine Street, commonly referred to as Sister Cities Plaza, under certain terms and conditions.
