This enacted ordinance removes Duncan Street between Aramingo Avenue and The Delaware Expressway from the City Plan and establishes a right-of-way within that area for drainage and public utilities. Property owners or other responsible parties must meet conditions including granting the right-of-way to the City, covering required changes to public infrastructure, and paying related costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan Duncan Street from Aramingo Avenue to The Delaware Expressway and reserving and by placing on the City Plan, and authorizing City acceptance of, a right-of-way for drainage purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Duncan Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.
