This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to City Plan No. 42 to create a variable-width drainage right-of-way running from Thirty-third Street to Thirty-second Street northeast of South Street. Property owners or other parties involved must provide agreements protecting the City from damage claims, grant the City access for drainage-related work, meet other conditions, and pay the required advertising and treasury costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes extending from Thirty-third Street to Thirty-second Street, northeast of South Street, under certain terms and conditions.
