This enacted ordinance authorizes the paving of Twenty-sixth Street from Penrose Avenue to a point about 180 feet south of Penrose Avenue, provided the street is dedicated or opened for public use. Instead, the interested party may file an agreement and bond covering the paving costs, which would be paid by that party; the ordinance also requires $200 to be paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after it becomes law.
