This enacted bill authorizes the Mayor to sign a mutual aid and intergovernmental cooperation agreement between Philadelphia and Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. The agreement establishes procedures for sharing assistance and coordinating resources for terrorism prevention and responses to natural or human-caused disasters, catastrophic events, and mass-casualty incidents.

Authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City, to execute the "Southeastern Pennsylvania Mutual Aid and Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement," by and between the City of Philadelphia and Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, under certain terms and conditions.
