This enacted ordinance authorizes Mick Hally to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk cafe at 1148-1150 S. 11th Street. The cafe may include four tables and 16 chairs on portions of the west sidewalk of S. 11th Street and the south sidewalk of Ellsworth Street, subject to required permits, agreements, insurance, and other City conditions.
