This enacted ordinance authorized the Director of Finance to transfer $11,585,068 within Philadelphia’s Fiscal Year 2009 General Fund. The money was moved from certain Police Department, Revenue Department Sinking Fund Commission, Free Library, Sheriff, City Commissioners, and First Judicial District appropriations to fund personnel and service costs for the Police Department, Free Library, Sheriff, City Commissioners, and First Judicial District.
