This enacted ordinance changes where sidewalk vending is allowed in Center City. It removes two previously designated vendor locations on the east side of 5th Street, prohibits vending on both sides of 5th Street between Market and Ludlow Streets and on Market Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets, and designates new vendor locations on the east side of 5th Street between Ranstead and Chestnut Streets.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations on the East side of 5th Street, from Market Street to Ludlow Street and from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street; by adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending both sides of 5th Street, from Market street to Ludlow street, and Market street, from Fourth street to Fifth street; and by designating additional vendor locations on the east side of 5th Street, between Ranstead street and Chestnut street.
