This enacted ordinance authorizes Nicole and Daniel Dizio, owners of Wit or Witout Cheesesteaks, to place and maintain one table, four chairs, and one trash receptacle on the sidewalk at 7352 Frankford Avenue. The setup must leave about 11 feet of clear sidewalk and requires permits, city agreements, insurance or equivalent coverage, and compliance with city rules; the city can require its removal for construction or with 180 days’ notice.
