This enacted bill authorizes the Philadelphia Housing Authority to construct, own, and maintain a handicap ramp and stairs at 2201–2207 W. Venango Street. The ramp and stairs may extend about seven feet over the west sidewalk of North 22nd Street, leaving about five feet six inches for pedestrian traffic, and PHA must obtain required approvals and meet specified City conditions.
