This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation to enter into a license agreement with Juniata Golf Foundation to operate, manage, and maintain Juniata Golf Course at 1363 E. Cayuga Street as a public golf course. The agreement would last for an initial five years, with the City having the option to renew it for an additional four years.

Authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a License Agreement between the City of Philadelphia and Juniata Golf Foundation under which Juniata Golf Foundation would operate, manage and maintain Juniata Golf Course as a public golf course under certain terms and conditions.
