This enacted ordinance authorizes the Korean Community Development Services Center to construct, own, and maintain three concrete benches on the sidewalks near West Tabor Road, West Olney Avenue, and North Fifth Street. The center must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance or approved self-insurance, and remove or relocate the benches if directed or if they are no longer used for the authorized purpose.

Authorizing the Korean Community Development Services Center to construct, own and maintain three benches near the northeast corner of West Tabor Road and North Fifth Street, and near the southwest and northeast corners of West Olney Avenue and North Fifth Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
