The enacted ordinance permits street vending at designated locations on five Philadelphia streets, Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Department will assign specific, non-transferable locations and create procedures for choosing among applicants; vendors must follow the city’s other street-vending rules.

Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting street vending on designated streets and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
