This enacted bill authorizes John Byrne, the owner of Pasiano’s at 7100 Tulip Street, to legalize and maintain an existing enclosed staircase that extends about 3 feet 7.5 inches onto the Princeton Avenue sidewalk, leaving about 5 feet 6 inches of clear walking space. The authorization requires permits, a City agreement, insurance and other protections, and allows the City to require removal of the stairs for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing John Byrne, owner of Pasiano's, 7100 Tulip Street, Philadelphia, PA 19135, to legalize the construction, operation and maintenance of an existing enclosed set of stairs located on the Princeton Avenue side of that property, under certain terms and conditions.
