Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority a deed conveying fee simple title to certain parcels of land, with the improvements thereon, located at 928 S. 17th Street, 1009 S. 17th Street, 1011 S. 17th Street, and 1035 S. 17th Street, for further conveyance at fair market value, under certain terms and conditions.
