The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer City-owned parcels and their improvements at 928, 1009, 1011, and 1035 S. 17th Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. The Authority may then convey the properties at fair market value, and the net sale proceeds must be deposited in the City’s General Fund.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority a deed conveying fee simple title to certain parcels of land, with the improvements thereon, located at 928 S. 17th Street, 1009 S. 17th Street, 1011 S. 17th Street, and 1035 S. 17th Street, for further conveyance at fair market value, under certain terms and conditions.
