The enacted ordinance expands Philadelphia’s Off-Street Parking Control District to a larger area bounded by parts of Chestnut Street, the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers, Oregon Avenue, Broad Street, Moore Street, 25th Street, Washington Avenue, Grays Ferry Avenue, and Ellsworth Street. In the district, parking for one- and two-family homes generally cannot be required or provided unless it uses a shared driveway serving at least three properties, and parking for those homes or as a main use requires a certificate from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-1631, entitled "Off-Street Parking Control District," by expanding the boundaries to be included in one such district and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
