It extended the deadline for meeting that ordinance’s conditions to November 19, 2012 and required $200 toward costs to be paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 080725) approved November 19, 2008, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Cleveland Street from Girard Avenue to Stiles Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
