This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain parcels in an area bounded by the listed streets, including Logan Street, Germantown Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, and Stenton Avenue. It replaces the existing designations shown on zoning Maps A1 and A2 with the designations shown on Maps B1 and B2, and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Logan Street, 20th Street, Rockland Street, 18th Street, Windrim Avenue, Germantown Avenue, Roberts Avenue, Wayne Avenue, Windrim Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, Roberts Avenue, Pulaski Avenue, Apsley Street, Stenton Avenue, Abbotsford Avenue and Germantown Avenue.
