This enacted ordinance authorizes HACE Community Development Corporation to construct, own, and maintain eight trash receptacles and twelve artificial metal palm trees along both sides of 5th Street between Lehigh Avenue and Indiana Avenue. HACE must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, meet insurance and maintenance conditions, and remove or relocate the improvements when required.

Authorizing HACE Community Development Corporation, 167 West Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19140, to construct, own and maintain eight trash receptacles and twelve artificial metal palm trees, on the east and west footway of 5th Street, from Lehigh Avenue to Indiana Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
