This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s Traffic Code to require drivers to clearly display valid parking meter kiosk receipts, residential parking permits, and contractor parking permits, and to prohibit displaying imitations of those documents. It sets civil penalties of $300 for displaying invalid receipts or permits and allows vehicles with certain invalid receipts or permits to be immobilized or towed; contractor permits may also be revoked for violations.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to provide for proper display of valid parking meter kiosk receipts; proper display of valid residential parking permits; proper display of valid contractor parking permits; to establish penalties and provide for immobilization and impoundment of vehicles for certain parking violations; all under certain terms and conditions.
