This enacted ordinance approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2011 capital budget of up to $67.689 million for spending from September 1, 2010, through August 31, 2011. It also acknowledged PGW’s forecast for capital budgets from Fiscal Years 2012 through 2016 and required Gas Commission review for certain projects, spending conditions, and transfers between budget line items.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2011 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2012 through 2016.
