The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk sales rules to prohibit sidewalk vending on both sides of North Second Street between Spring Garden Street and Girard Avenue. Owners and tenants of properties in that area are exempt and may engage in sidewalk vending under the specified rules.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk vending on both sides of north Second street, between Spring Garden street and Girard avenue with the exception of certain owners and tenants of properties; all under certain terms and conditions.
