This enacted measure expands Philadelphia’s definition of a “Covered Project or Contract” under its Economic Opportunity Plans rules. It includes development projects and contracts valued above $1 million that require a City Council resolution to proceed, except projects exclusively involving the development of a single-family home.

Amending Title 17 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Contracts and Procurement," by amending Chapter 17-1600, entitled "Economic Opportunity Plans," by expanding the definition of "Covered Project or Contract," to include certain projects and contracts that require resolutions of Council to proceed.
