The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including releasing or indemnifying the City from claims, paying the appraised value of the vacated portion and hearing-advertising costs, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 154 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly twelve feet wide portion of Erie Avenue from Germantown Avenue to Elder Street, under certain terms and conditions.
