This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to lease, from the Philadelphia Housing Authority, property generally bounded by Catharine, 12th, Clymer, and Fawn Streets for 99 years. Once the lease begins, the property will be placed in the Fairmount Park System and managed by the Department of Parks and Recreation, unless the Parks Commissioner decides otherwise.
