The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for where farmers’ markets may operate. It removes some previously listed locations and adds or changes permitted sites, including areas in Norris Square Park, Julian F. Abele Park, sidewalks and curb lanes on South 23rd and South Broad streets, and the sidewalk in front of Weavers Way Co-op; one former location is marked reserved.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding, removing and modifying various permissible locations for farmers' markets, all under certain terms and conditions.
