This enacted ordinance establishes the Roxborough Environmental Control District on a specified parcel in Roxborough to protect its natural and wildlife habitat. It prohibits most uses and further development there, allowing haying, wildlife preservation, and the existing community gardens, while barring those gardens from expanding and limiting commercial farming to their existing footprint.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous," by adding a new Section establishing the Roxborough Environmental Control District, all under certain terms and conditions.
