This enacted measure amends the City Code to allow a farmers’ market on the east-side sidewalk of Germantown Avenue, starting at Allens Lane and extending 175 feet south. The location is permitted under the terms and conditions that apply to farmers’ markets.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the sidewalk of the east side of Germantown Avenue from Allens Lane for 175 feet south, all under certain terms and conditions.
