This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in the area bounded by Broad Street, Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Park Avenue, and Oxford Street. It also amends Temple University’s Institutional Development District Master Plan, and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Broad Street, Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Park Avenue, and Oxford Street.
