Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by amending Section 19-203, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the Philadelphia Police and Fire Pipes and Drums Band to the list of entities for which payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees, under certain terms and conditions.
