This enacted ordinance authorizes Thomas and Arlene Leschak, owners of Epicure Café, to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3479 Bowman Street, also known as 3401 Conrad Street. The café may include seven tables and 14 chairs on the east sidewalk of Conrad Street, with required City permits, approvals, insurance, and other conditions, while leaving about five feet of unobstructed walkway.
