The enacted ordinance authorizes Ashwin Patel, who operates a newsstand at the southwest corner of Chestnut and Tenth Streets, to install and maintain conduits under and across the street corner to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. Patel must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, meet insurance and bonding requirements, and pay for removal or relocation of the conduits if the City later requires it.

Authorizing Ashwin Patel, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Chestnut Street and Tenth Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits in, under and across the southwest corner of Chestnut Street and Tenth Street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
