This enacted ordinance authorizes the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts at 128 North Broad Street to construct, own, and maintain sculptures, lighting, bollards, planters, and an ash urn that extend into or are placed within the public right-of-way on parts of North Broad, North Carlisle, and Cherry Streets. PAFA must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and other City conditions, and remove the encroachments if the City gives required notice for a municipal project; the authorization expires if the required agreement and conditions are not completed within one year.

Authorizing the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, located at 128 North Broad Street, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments in the right-of-way on the west side of North Broad Street between Arch and Race Streets, the east side of North Carlisle Street between Cherry and Race Streets, and the south side of Cherry Street between North Carlisle and Burns Streets, under certain terms and conditions.
