ORDER THE BILL PLACED ON NEXT WEEK'S SUSPENSION CALENDAR

The enacted ordinance authorizes Mike Scotese, owner of Grey Lodge Pub, to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 6235 Frankford Avenue with four tables and eight chairs, while leaving about nine feet of unobstructed sidewalk. The café requires permits and approvals, an agreement with the City, insurance or approved self-insurance, and removal or relocation within 30 days if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons.
