This enacted ordinance authorizes CM123, LLC, doing business as The Wishing Well, to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 767 South Ninth Street. The café may include one table and two chairs on South Ninth Street and four tables and eight chairs on Catharine Street, subject to required permits, city approvals, insurance, and agreements; the city may require removal or relocation under specified conditions.
