The enacted ordinance authorizes Frank Borda, owner of Francoluigi's Restaurant, to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1549 South Thirteenth Street, with 14 tables and 28 chairs along the South Thirteenth Street and Tasker Street sidewalks. The café must leave about seven feet of clear sidewalk, and Borda must obtain required permits, carry insurance, meet other City conditions, and remove or relocate the café when lawfully required.
