The enacted ordinance authorizes Rameshchandra Patel, who operates the newsstand at Sixteenth and Chestnut Streets, to construct, use, and maintain conduits under and across the street corner to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. Before doing so, Patel must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, provide bonds and insurance, follow Streets Department plans, pay related costs, and remove the conduits if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.

Authorizing Rameshchandra Patel, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northwest corner of Sixteenth Street and Chestnut Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits in, under and across the northwest corner of Sixteenth Street and Chestnut Street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
