This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to sign and record restrictions on a portion of Pennypack Park on the Delaware for the benefit of the United States. The restrictions are intended to protect bald eagles and other rare, endangered, or threatened birds, under terms that meet U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requirements.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to execute and record a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions against a portion of Pennypack Park on the Delaware, in favor of the United States, to protect bald eagles and other rare, endangered, or threatened birds, under certain terms and conditions.
