This enacted measure authorizes Philadelphia to enter into a multi-year agreement with Pennsylvania to add certain City and School District taxes to the state’s E-Tides online system for electronic filing and payment. The agreement may last up to 10 years, with limits on the City’s construction and maintenance costs, and would affect taxpayers who file and pay those taxes electronically.
