The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to sell five City properties at 816 North 16th Street, 826 North 12th Street, 918 North 19th Street, 1015 North Leithgow Street, and 1116 North 4th Street. The sales must be conducted after public advertising and competitive bidding, at fair market value and under terms reviewed by the City Solicitor.
